Fallout 3 Testing Hall Guide

A guide I made to help people with the testing hall in Fallout 3, because there are some items you get there that you cannot uniquipt.

1. I suggest going to the Testing Hall with nothing in your invintory, except ammo or drugs/health- supplies or notes.

2. Press ~ and type “coc testqaitems”
This will take you to the testing hall.

3. In the testing hall if you don’t have this cheat already activated press ~ and type “tgm”

4. DO NOT PICK UP ANY ROLLING PINS IN THE TESTING HALL.
Also there is another weapon you’re not able to uniquipt, called the “Repelent Stick” (I accidentaly picked it up, so you won’t see it in the video.)

5. Also a knife called “Slasher Knife” you won’t be able to uniquipt, because it’s another quest item. (Tranquility Lane)
In the “All Armor And Clothing” Mailbox there is only one item you shouldn’t take, and that is the
“Pint-Sized Slasher Mask” this is another quest item from Tranquility Lane.

6. I missed the mailboxes “All Food And Drugs” and “All Misc. Items”, Sorry.
In the mailbox “All Food And Drugs” take everything, In the “All Misc. Items”

DO NOT TAKE these items:

-All the bobbleheads,
-Bill Of Rights,
-Card Catolog Holotape,
-Charon’s Employment Contract,
-Vance’s Proposal,
-Computer Password Module,
-Slave Collar,
-Crumpled Note,
-Soil Stradvarius,
-Declaration Of Independence,
-Empty Sap Container,
-Forged Declaration,
-Virgo II Dish,
-Fuse,
-Fusion Pulse Charge,
-G.E.C.K.,
-Holotape,
-All The House Themes,
-Ink Container,
-Lincoln Memorial Poster,
-Lucy’s Sealed Envelope,
-Media Archives Holotape,
-Military School Brochure,
-Modified FEV Virus,
-Observer,
-Rivit City Historical Record,
-RobCo Processor Widget.

7. Now in the “50% Condition Weapons” Fridge,
there is only 1 item you SHOULD NOT take, and that is The Rolling Pin (10) Yes there are ten of them and all of them are quest items, so don’t pickup any.

8. In the room with all the computers and locked mailboxes I have listed what is on/inside of them:
1st computer-nothing
2nd-1 Note, 1 Security Activation
3rd- nothing
4th- 2 Unit Deactivations (Deputy Steel and Deputy Weld)
5th- 1 Open Security Door
6th- 1 Unlock Outer Door

In the locked mailboxes:
1st mailbox- nothing
2nd- 1 Beer, 1 Basketball
3rd- nothing
4th- Dart (54), 1 leather Belt
5th- 1 Baseball, 1 Brass Knuckles
6th- Need A Key (Unopen-able)

9. I blew up Megaton, but it still works for the people who did too, Press ~ and type “tcl”
Then when you are out press it again, Otherwise you’ll just walk through everything.
