		<description>The other answer is correct - you need to contact your Postmaster.  It may depend where you live, but many carriers would not be required to put mail through a slot in your door.  Guidelines are pretty specific on what carriers can and don&#039;t have to do; your Postmaster is the only person who can give you the specifics for your city.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Postal worker.</description>
