Mailbox Baseball

May 32010

Shot back in 1995. I was going through a Clerks/Pulp Fiction phase when I put this together. I should have worked on the dialogue a bit more. And also should have rehearsed. It’s a bit of a siily piece, but all in good fun.
No real mailboxes were harmed in the making.
Keep a close eye out. towards the end you will see a cameo of “Hungover Cat”.

Mailboxes sure are weird over here. We’re used to the idea that your mail is private and sacred, and should be locked away from prying eyes. Here in Korea, your mail dangles out for all to see (and steal if so inclined)

Or do they go to their local post office?

There’s usually a little covered area that has all the mailboxes under it. They look like PO boxes do in the post office. Little doors that open with a key that the apartment complex gives you.

Is it legal to hand out fliers on the outside of peoples mailboxes in Massachusetts?

April 262010

Posted in mailboxes | 1 Comment »

I was wondering if anybody knows if you can make up fliers and attach them to a mailbox. I heard you can stick them in-between the little red flag and the mailbox and it is completely legal.

the downside is a little rain and everyone will just hate you for leaving slimey pulp on their boxes. As for tape, well I know I hat people taping anything to my stuff.

The other downside is a little wind and an annoyed cop and you’re paying a littering fine.
