i was amazed to find this lock actually had security pins in it.

   Hello, I recently lost my mailbox key and was wondering if I could pick a lock to get my mail out. I called the locksmith and they say it’d cost more than 75$ to replace the lock.

   I’d rather pick at it myself. But I’ve never done it before. Do you think I can do it with paper clips?

   It’s government property.
   You’d think you’d be able to, though.

   hey, just informing you, & offering some advice.
   that’s it.
   if the lock belongs to you,and you bought & paid for it,then gave your landlord a key,
   go nuts.
   have you gotten your mail yet?

   i highly recommend …
   i highly recommend you do not attempt this.
   if you have several years legal picking experience,
   then,check your state and federal laws,
   as you could get in a LOT of trouble for picking a lock that does not belong to you WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   please use your head.

    i picked it removed …
    i picked it removed the junk relocked it and picked it again for the camera,so i guess you are right,but i dunno if the word fake was the best choice…
    i think you may get a kick out of my next vid,
    hint; destructive entry that is plaguing my city..

    Well done sir! Static picking in real life…doesn’t get any better than that! 5*

    I thought I had a similar situation come my way yesterday when one of my wife’s employees couldn’t get in their place of business. Turns out the pins were just a little sticky and she wasn’t putting the key all the way in =( Kind of disappointing but still worth the look on her face when I used her key to open the door =)

    Im not a person to insult vids sorry,
    I know u picked the lock. but saying that the person was locked out off mailbox for 5days. what i was saying is its a staged example mailbox lockout not real person’s
    mailbox that was locked out for five days
