    honest obvious is …
honest obvious is relative. I say its not honest. The back end is not honest but the person on the phone may be.

  2. Anothercoilgun says:

    Can we insist to …
Can we insist to the post office that if my name or no name is included on the parcel to not deliver? Most junk mail simply says “resident” or something to that effect. Many others have no address at all. For the mail that has no address the post office should acquiesce our request to not send them. I consider that vandalism and littering.

Would you approve of some random person tossing their random papers without any reference to you into your window 5 times a week. This is the same.

    I also recognize …
I also recognize that MOST Telemarketers are just honest people trying to earn a living. The problem is that many of the companies that hire them are ran by criminals who have absolutely no regard for the Law and FCC Regulations. They constantly violate the rules by ignoring the DoNotCall List, obfuscating their true identity and spoofing call numbers, robot calling etc to name a few flagrant violations. Now the actual person on the phone may not realize they are breaking the law.

are you aware that alot of direct mail is produced in mexico. these are mailings that have you bank or credit unions name on it.

  7. IdentityTheftExperts says:

    There is nothing …
There is nothing wrong with telemarketers BUT consumers should be aware of their option to opt out of receiving unsolicited telephone calls.
