Can we insist to the post office that if my name or no name is included on the parcel to not deliver? Most junk mail simply says “resident” or something to that effect. Many others have no address at all. For the mail that has no address the post office should acquiesce our request to not send them. I consider that vandalism and littering.

The problem is that many of the companies that hire them are ran by criminals who have absolutely no regard for the Law and FCC Regulations.
