If you think you're having trouble with your mail now, wait till you move. You can keep the same post office box while rental addresses can change, and it makes life a lot easier. Besides, I bet the post office raises holy shit over moving these boxes, the post office is all about consolidating their stops into as large a units as possible. Third, I would think the carrier would welcome your box being moved to the front because obviously, he/she is too busy or lazy to put your mail into your proper box.
