When you're in residential lot of the apartment, open the cheat box (CTRL+SHIFT+C) and type in "changeLotZoning apartmentbase"..(without quotes). The mailbox will appear and now the residential lot has become apartment..and the landlord of course will come..<br><b>References : </b><br> You need to change the residential lot into apartment lot by using a cheat.
