		<description>He obviously has some issues.  With this in mind, I would simply avoid him.  You could notify the local pd, who could talk to him, but sometimes that only stirs the pot further.  I would first attempt to avoid this subject.  If this means jogging elsewhere, then by all means jog elsewhere.  Not necessarily fair, but you avoid a potential conflict.  If things continue to escalate call the police, if that doesn&#039;t work obtain a restraining order.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
