Ok, I’m raising my 15 y/o sister, alone,in rural western maryland and am very worried about my sister’s safety, let me explain..This guy, in his early 30′s, moved into the house next to us( about 20 yards away), he was in prison for 2 years due to drugs, and he is involved with a kkk type group, he always has his buddies over and they’re always outside working on cars and stuff , these guys are major creeps, they started yelling sexual stuff to my little sis when she is outside, My boyfriend and I talked to him about it once and he was polite and said he understood, the next day I woke up and found my tires slashed and our mailbox gone, also, really strange smells come from the house when he has windows open, (it almost made me gag once), and he is beginning to fill his yard with junk, he must have 20 cars around the property. anyhow, my boyfriend said he would stay with us as much as possible, moving isnt an option right now, just looking for ways to deal with this until we can move…
I think the next time you smell those strange oders you should call your local law in forment (police) cause it could be a meth lab and if it blows your home is going with it. Other than that it sounds like hes a mess and will wind up back in before you know it any ways. Good luck and I would not leave my sister home alone at all.

Well, it does not sound as if you belong to a home owners assoctiation in your neighborhood so you will have to take other actions for this wonderful neighbor of yours. Be sure and keep a written log of the dates, times and what was said (and nasty as it is try to write down EXACTLY what they said), persons there, who said it and that sort of thing. Also if there is strange smells coming from the home they may be manufacturing meth in there and that odor is dangerous to inhale all the time. Anytime you smell this you need to call the police department and let them know that you must remain annonymous due to the previous actions from this neighbor when you did try to talk with him. The junk around his property can be called into your zoning in your City. Call the main number for your city and ask the operator there to give you the number or connect you to neighborhood zoning. They will take your report and come out to inspect and if there is a zoning violation they will issue him a citation to have it cleaned up in X amount of time. You have a very dangerous neighbor here and you need to be sure and report this stuff. If he has just gotten out of prison he may still be on parole or probation and they can revoke that if they find him manufacturing drugs inside there. The other dangers of him manufacturing are explosions, and the sale of this horrible drug to kids. Please don’t hesitate to report him or to even call crime stop for the "smells" coming from his home. Leave a message from a pay phone about this telling the crime stopper person that they are manufacturing meth and when the cops come out you need to act like everyone else does and go watch the circus. Any criminal activity around your home needs to be reported too and your suspicions as to whom may have done it reported to the officers also. Don’t let this animal get away with more crimes! Report him annonymously and get him out of your neighborhood! Best of luck, what a terrible position for normal folks to be in and have to put up with.

did u try calling the cops. i mean if he has been in prison the cops may listen to u. plus its a fire hazard to have all the junk so thats something you cant report.
